Yarazel Mejorado is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's San Diego (Del Mar) office.
Areas of Practice
Yarazel focuses her practice on complex litigation and privacy matters. She advises clients through all phases of litigation, from pre-suit strategy through post-judgment collection and appeal. Yarazel is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and counsels clients with data privacy compliance issues, with an emphasis on the California Consumer Privacy Act. She maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting immigrants, domestic violence survivors, and other underserved members of the San Diego community.
During law school, Yarazel served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Cynthia Bashant of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. She also participated in the USD Legal Clinics where she represented clients in state court and arbitration proceedings.
