Ms. Michaelson is a partner in both the Entertainment and Media and the Corporate Practice Groups.

Areas of Practice

Linda Michaelson's practice focuses on corporate transactions in a variety of industries, including entertainment, fashion and apparel, financial services, investment banking, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing and technology.

Ms. Michaelson has represented public and private companies in a variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public and private securities offerings, corporate governance and relationships among shareholders, among other general corporate matters.
