Mr. Holder is an associate in the Business Trial practice group in the Del Mar Heights office. Mr. Holder also works in the Labor and Employment practice group, as well as the Construction, Environmental, Real Estate and Land Use Litigation practice group.
Areas of Practice
Mr. Holder has a wide array of experience in complex civil litigation, as well as experience in criminal litigation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving:
- construction industry claims;
- trespass and nuisance;
- negligence and wrongful death;
- unfair business practices;
- misappropriation of trade secrets;
- defamation;
- false advertising;
- breach of contract and interference with contract;
- breach of warranty;
- products liability;
- identity theft;
- malpractice;
- wrongful termination;
- sexual harassment;
- race, national origin, and age discrimination;
- wage and hour violations;
- prevailing wage violations;
- workplace violence;
- unfair labor practices;
- ERISA payments; and
- securities fraud and criminal conspiracy.
Mr. Holder has worked extensively with expert and fact witnesses during discovery and trial, and has significant briefing experience in the pleading, discovery, trial, and appellate stages of litigation.
