Matthew W. Holder

Mr. Holder is an associate in the Business Trial practice group in the Del Mar Heights office. Mr. Holder also works in the Construction, Environmental, Real Estate and Land Use Litigation practice group, as well as the Labor and Employment practice group.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Holder has a wide array of experience in complex civil and criminal litigation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving, construction industry claims; alleged unfair business practices; breach of contract and interference with contract; trespass and nuisance; negligence and wrongful death; prevailing wage violations; workplace violence; unfair labor practices; and securities fraud and criminal conspiracy. Mr. Holder has worked extensively with expert and fact witnesses during discovery and trial, and has significant briefing experience in the pleading, discovery, trial, and appellate stages of litigation.
