This panel of transactional, litigation and bankruptcy practitioners and a law professor will discuss targeted and timely issues related to mortgage loan defaults. The panel will cover workout strategy and documentation and will specifically address unique issues presented by defaults arising during the COVID-19 pandemic. The panelists will also discuss the exercise of remedies for default, with special attention to the Uniform Receivership Act and the Uniform Assignment of Rents Act and relevant bankruptcy issues.
