Mr. Stewart's practice concentrates on general business litigation with an emphasis on real estate disputes and related matters faced by real estate clients.

Mr. Stewart specializes in a wide range of complex business litigation and real estate litigation for a variety of medium to large companies, and has tried many cases to juries, judges and arbitrators. Mr. Stewart handles a thorough range of business topics, focusing on real estate disputes, trade secret protection, unfair competition, fiduciary duty, and partnership disputes.
