Teresa Morin is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Diego (Del Mar) office.
Areas of Practice
Teresa represents clients in a variety of complex business matters in both domestic arbitration and traditional litigation in state and federal courts. She has experience in disputes regarding healthcare, franchises, insurance, construction, private wealth, and technology.
During law school, Teresa served as a judicial extern to the Honorable M. Margaret McKeown of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Honorable Thomas J. Whelan of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and the Honorable William V. Gallo of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. She also participated in USD Law’s Women’s Clinic where she represented clients in restraining order and family law matters. Teresa served as a Lead Articles Editor for the San Diego Law Review and was a member of USD’s Appellate Moot Court Associate Board where she won first place overall in both the Alumni Torts and Paul A. McLennon, Sr. Honors Moot Court Competitions.
