Sheppard Mullin Represents Kevin's Natural Foods in Sale to Mars
Sheppard Mullin is advising Kevin’s Natural Foods, a high-growth, nutritious meal company, in its acquisition by Mars, Incorporated, a family-owned, global leader in confectionery, food and pet care products and services. Kevin’s Natural Foods is expected to operate as a standalone business within Mars Food & Nutrition, playing a key role in Mars’ ongoing strategy focusing on healthier eating. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2023.
