Lauren Strickroth

Lauren Strickroth is a partner and member of the firm’s Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation team.

As a private wealth attorney, Lauren advises trustees, individual beneficiaries, business owners, family offices, and foundations. She works at the intersection of trust and estate law, tax, real estate, business law, trust litigation, and strategic planning for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families. Lauren brings a multidisciplinary and practical approach to her work with a deep understanding of where risks emerge and how decisions impact future generations. She serves as general counsel to U.S. and international family offices, where she coordinates tax, wealth management, and business advisory functions to support a cohesive, long-term legacy strategy.

Lauren is a high-stakes fiduciary and trust litigator. She represents trustees, individual beneficiaries, and charitable organizations in trust and will contests, breach of fiduciary duty actions, accounting disputes, and reformation or modification actions. In the course of a dispute, Lauren leads cross-disciplinary teams of attorneys, accountants, investment advisors, valuation experts, and fiduciaries to align legal, tax, and financial objectives into a unified strategy.

Known for her pragmatic and effective approach, Lauren helps clients navigate complex legal issues with a solutions-oriented approach.
