Aram has over four years of experience in the development review and land use entitlement process throughout California. His experience working in Economic and Affordable Housing Development in the public sector and as a private side consultant navigating through the approval process provides invaluable insight for clients seeking to improve property in any capacity.
Aram received his B.A. in Political Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 2016, and a Masters in Public Administration (M.P.A.) from the University of Southern California in 2019. His areas of focus include real estate and economic development, land use and policy.
