Angelica H. Nguyen is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's New York office. 

Areas of Practice

Angelica has represented clients in a broad range of commercial litigation matters with a focus on matters in the media and entertainment space that implicate contract, intellectual property, and First Amendment law. She advises clients through all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation investigation, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, mediation, trial, and appeal.

Angelica earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Cornell Law school and holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Brown University. While in law school, she was a Notes Editor for the Cornell Law Review and an Honors Fellow in Cornell’s legal writing program. She also participated in the moot court program, placing as a finalist in the Cuccia Cup Moot Court Competition and a quarterfinalist in the Langfan Moot Court Competition.

Prior to private practice, Angelica served as a law clerk to the Honorable P. Kevin Castel of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
