Lisa Harris Named a 2024 MCCA Rising Star
Labor and Employment partner Lisa Harris has been named a 2024 Rising Star by the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA). This annual list showcases outstanding attorneys who have excelled in their legal careers and made significant contributions to their communities. According to MCCA, “The Rising Stars may be at varying stages in their careers, but they all possess the love of law, ambition and pursuit of excellence while possessing compassion for those in need and a strong desire to give back to others.”
Lisa splits time between Sheppard Mullin’s Orange County and New York offices and serves as the Orange County Office Recruiting Chair. Lisa's legal expertise extends to both employment and traditional labor matters, including diversity, equity and inclusion counseling and compliance. Her counsel on DEI issues helps clients navigate complex legal landscapes while fostering healthy and equitable workplaces. Lisa's experience as in-house counsel provides her with invaluable insights into the challenges faced by DEI teams, enabling her to provide strategic and effective guidance to her clients.
