Sheppard Mullin Recognized Among Top Firms by Yale Law Women+

Sheppard Mullin is proud to have been again recognized in the Yale Law Women+ (YLW+) Top Firms Report. This year, Sheppard Mullin received the Agency & Flexibility award, which recognizes firms that effectively enable attorneys to balance individual life choices with their careers through flexible work schedules, childcare and paid leave.

According to YLW+’s 2024 Top Firms Report, “Sheppard Mullin is an industry leader in its provision of paid and unpaid leave and its accommodation of flexible and remote work options. Sheppard Mullin prioritizes inclusivity through its caregiving leave, offering leave to care for family members with a disability or illness, for birth of a child, and for child adoption and fostering.”

YLW+ has produced the Top Firms Report for the last 19 years “to promote the interests of women and underrepresented attorneys, not just at Yale Law School, but in the legal profession as a whole.” This year, YLW+ supplemented its methodology by surveying students and alumni on their experiences with culture and DEI in big law.
