Intellectual Property Co-Leader Wynter Deagle and Business Trial Partner Camille Vasquez were named among the Daily Journal’s 2025 list of “Top Women Lawyers” in California. The list celebrates “excellence, impact and leadership across the legal profession,” according to the publication.

Deagle was recognized for leading defense teams in high-stakes litigation at the frontier of technological innovation and legal precedent, including class action lawsuits involving e-commerce and healthcare. For example, she is currently defending healthcare providers facing litigation over their use of cookies and pixels on websites and mobile applications.

“This case is one of the first in a growing trend of plaintiffs suing healthcare companies over foot-fault violations of privacy and consumer protection laws,” Deagle noted.

Vasquez, who became a household name for her representation of Johnny Depp in his highly publicized defamation lawsuit against ex-wife Amber Heard, was highlighted for representing celebrities and public figures in matters involving reputation and public perception. In addition to high-profile clients such as musician Danny Elfman and singer Gloria Trevi, Vasquez is currently representing producers Amanda Ghost, Gregor Cameron and Vince Holden in a lawsuit against actress Rebel Wilson.

“I think that all of the cases that I tend to work on are high-profile with a lot of public interest, and with that comes pros and cons,” Vasquez said. “There’s always scrutiny since the cases involve issues that society has a lot of strong opinions on.”
