Shon Glusky and Ariel Yehezkel Named Among Crain’s New York Business’ 2025 List of Notable M&A Dealmakers
Corporate Partner Shon Glusky and Private Equity team Co-Leader Ariel Yehezkel were named among Crain’s New York Business’ 2025 List of Notable M&A Dealmakers. This year’s feature highlights 41 professionals at the forefront of M&A activity in New York City.
Glusky was recognized for as a top dealmaker for his extensive experience leading companies through complex transactions, including recently representing Paragonix Technologies in its acquisition by Getinge, which will help expend its organ transplant technologies to new markets. A leader within the firm, he has served on the firm’s Executive Committee for the past seven years and is New York co-chair of lateral partner recruiting.
Yehezkel was also recognized for his outstanding dealmaking abilities, recently representing Newsmax Inc. in its $300 million IPO and pre-IPO capital raise and SEPA of up to $1.2 billion with Yorkville. He co-leads the firm’s 200+ attorney Private Equity team and is also a member of the Executive Committee.
