International Insolvency Institute Nominates Sheppard Mullin Partner Ed Tillinghast for Membership

Ed Tillinghast was nominated for membership in the International Insolvency Institute, an invitation-only organization which is comprised of the leaders of the insolvency practice world-wide. Members of III are selected from legal, judicial, academic and regulatory communities from over 60 countries. Ed's nomination was strongly endorsed by all of the organization's directors, as his prominence, reputation and experience in the international insolvency area make him highly suited for membership in the Institute.
