Crain’s New York Business Names Lois Durant a “2020 Notable Women in Talent”
Lois Durant, Sheppard Mullin’s Director of Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Management Strategy, has been named to Crain’s New York Business’ inaugural “2020 Notable Women in Talent,” which honors “the women who set the pace in New York’s talent management ranks…” According to the publication, all 62 women selected for this year’s list “are impressive leaders selected for their accomplishments, mentorship skills, and community involvement.”

Lois Durant manages all of Sheppard Mullin’s diversity-and-inclusion efforts as well as the international law firm’s talent management activities. That means Durant is expert at dealing with multiple stakeholders. She works closely with the firm’s chairman, chief human resources officer, diversity-and-inclusion committee, diversity-and-inclusion strategic council, affinity groups and others in firm leadership.”
