Anna Jane Zarndt is special counsel in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Diego office.

Areas of Practice

Anna Jane has litigated hundreds of individual and class action lawsuits involving novel issues in state and federal courts throughout the United States. She has successfully defended corporate, government and private sector clients against a wide variety of contractual, statutory and regulatory claims through all stages of litigation, including jury trial. Anna Jane has also defended clients in enforcement actions and administrative proceedings. Her approach to litigation focuses on developing strategies to ensure clients’ success through favorable settlement, early case dismissals and in arbitration or trial.

Anna Jane represents clients in a variety of business disputes, with a special emphasis on financial institutions, mortgage banking, lender liability and unfair competition. She also has experience advising clients on regulatory matters involving consumer financial regulation, including state and federal compliance issues.
