Christopher Puente is the Director of Practice Technology & eDiscovery for Sheppard Mullin. He oversees a national team of Litigation Support Professionals who also support the firm's international offices. He is responsible for operational and strategic direction of the department, including: managing the department budget and enhancing profitability; identifying and evaluating new litigation technology products and services; establishing legally defensible protocols and procedures; and developing e-Discovery vendor relationships. He is frequently called upon to consult with clients on data collection, e-discovery strategies and legal project management, including promoting the firm's e-Discovery capabilities in the pursuit of new client engagements. Chris has appeared on multiple panels for leading e-Discovery industry organizations.
