David Huberman is an associate in the Real Estate, Energy, Land Use & Environmental Practice Group in the firm's New York office. 

Areas of Practice

David concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions. He represents financial institutions, non-bank lenders, and private equity funds in the origination and restructuring of commercial real estate mortgages and mezzanine loans. David advises developers and institutional investors in the acquisition, sale, development, and financing of commercial, retail, hospitality, condominium, and multifamily residential properties throughout the United States. His practice also includes representing loan sellers in secondary market transactions, including securitizations and repurchase facilities.
