Dana focuses her practice on complex antitrust matters, including defending clients in litigations and government investigations brought by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Department of Justice's Antitrust Division, and state enforcement authorities, in addition to advising clients in their mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic business issues. Dana’s experience spans a broad range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, technology, consumer goods, and media/entertainment.
Outside of her antitrust practice, Dana has represented clients in connection with a wide range of commercial and criminal matters, including white collar defense, internal investigations, securities class actions, and shareholder disputes.
