Areas of Practice
David’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters across various industries, including a particular emphasis on healthcare, life sciences and renewable energy. He advises public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures, divestitures, reorganizations, and debt and equity financings. David’s experience includes counseling on corporate formation and structuring, governance and operational matters, drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, effectively managing due diligence investigations and navigating the transaction approval process. He has represented numerous buyers, sellers, investors and intermediaries in a variety of business combination, investment and buyout transactions.
