Eric T. Angel

Eric Angel is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's Orange County office.

Areas of Practice

Eric has extensive experience representing employers of all sizes in workplace law matters, including defending against single plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims to wage and hour class and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) actions. Eric’s litigation practice includes defending matters in federal and state courts, private arbitration, and before administrative agencies such as the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Eric also advises employers on workplace issues, including reasonable accommodation, leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance, and employee discipline and termination.
