Elijah Lichtenberg is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office. He collaborates closely with firm clients, delving into the intricacies of their businesses to mitigate the repercussions of litigation.
Areas of Practice
Elijah represents clients in a variety of complex commercial and business litigation matters in both state and federal court. His experience includes litigating claims involving breach of contract, fraud, landlord-tenant disputes, real estate lease disputes, business torts, securities litigation, and other complex business disputes.
Elijah is experienced in all aspects of California and federal civil procedure, including filing, and responding to complaints, conducting discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. He also extends his volunteering efforts to a range of pro bono causes, including assisting individuals in obtaining asylum due to persecution.
During law school, Elijah served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Stuart M. Rice of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
