The American Health Lawyers Association Women’s Leadership Institute will provide participants—women and men—who are engaged in building effective, diverse leaders in their workplaces with tools to address issues such as mentoring and sponsorship, the importance of diversity and inclusiveness, and how to lead teams and clients through change. The Institute will focus on hard skills and practical tools to address issues of diversity, recruitment and retention, and development of professional skills and pathways. It also will provide an opportunity for meet and learn from experienced lawyers and others committed to diversity and workplace growth.
