Justine Phillips, cyber attorney in our San Diego office, is founder and chair this innovative and collaborative event. Justine will give the opening keynote and welcome; moderate the panel on “Reasonable Security” Programs Under California Consumer Privacy Act; moderate the Cyber Law Roundtable; and lead a Live Breach & Incident Response.

About:
This one day Symposium will explore the intersection of cyber and law by offering comprehensive and thoughtful panels on managing vendor cyber risk, assessing and calculating cyber risk, understanding “reasonable security,” developing defensible security programs, learning from global comparative cyber laws, participating in a cyber law roundtable, conversing with law enforcement (including FBI, District Attorney and California Attorney General’s Office), and observing a live data breach and incident response. Learn from world thought-leaders on the future of cyber law, network with peers, and develop skills as a hybrid cyber professional. Cyber Law Attendance Certificates will be provided to attendees that attend the entire day.
