Each year, we consider the issues and trends that will be the most important to clients who may become involved in patent litigation in the United States. In this webinar, geared to our Japanese clients, we will discuss the hottest topics for calendar year 2022. The webinar will provide, for example, an update on the latest and most important developments related to inter partes review proceedings, patent eligibility, standard essential patents, and non-practicing entities. We will also address how the Biden Administration and the new Director of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office may deal with these hot topics and further shape U.S. intellectual property law.

This webinar is intended for Japanese speakers. One portion of the webinar will be delivered only in Japanese. One portion of the webinar will be delivered in English with Japanese subtitles.
