Grace Mackoul is an associate in the Governmental Practice in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.

Areas of Practice

Grace represents and counsels companies that do business with the Federal Government. She provides counseling on a full spectrum of government contracting issues, including:

  • Federal regulatory compliance;
  • Bid protest litigation;
  • Internal investigations; and
  • Disclosure obligations.

Grace attended law school at George Mason University Law School, graduating cum laude. While there, she served as an editor on the Journal of Law, Economics and Policy; was selected to author the Global Antitrust Institute’s annual invitational moot court problem; and co-authored a publication for the Global Antitrust Institute.

Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Grace worked at a major consulting firm as an analyst for government and public services clients.
