Areas of Practice

Henry focuses his practice on international trade and customs matters. Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Henry spent three years as an attorney-advisor working for U.S. Customs and Border Protection in the agency’s Office of Trade, Regulations & Rulings Directorate where he specialized in restricted merchandise and forced labor enforcement matters.

During law school, Henry was a member of the George Mason Law Review and a student advisor for the Mason Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic. Henry is an Army veteran and current reservist in the Army National Guard.
