Overview

Haley Mark is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office. 

Areas of Practice

Haley represents public and private companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies and entrepreneurs and founders in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation, and other general corporate matters. She works with clients in a wide range of industries, including software and technology, entertainment, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, food and beverage, retail, and fashion and beauty.

Haley received her law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While in law school, Haley worked in the Small Business Clinic, providing legal assistance to startup companies and entrepreneurs. She participated in Moot Court, earning the Anthony and Susan Taylor Written Advocacy Award and advancing as a semifinalist in the oral advocacy competition. Haley served as President of the Entertainment Law Society and Vice President of both the Business Law Society and the Music Law Society. Additionally, she obtained certificates in Business Law and Media & Entertainment Law.

Prior to law school, Haley attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where she studied business economics and the music industry.
