Overview

Iman Naieem is an associate in the Tax, Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. 

Areas of Practice 

Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Iman clerked for the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board, where she conducted legal research and drafted initial decisions on federal employee adverse action appeals such as removals, demotions, disciplinary suspensions and other noteworthy issues such as whistleblower protection and discrimination. During law school, Iman was a Managing Editor for the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, a Student Attorney for the Public Justice Advocacy Clinic, and the President for the Muslim Law Student Association.
