Julietta Rose is an associate in the Real Estate, Energy, Land Use & Environmental Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.

Areas of Practice

Julietta focuses her practice in the renewable energy sector, primarily representing owners and developers. She negotiates critical project documents for wind, solar, and energy storage projects, in particular power purchase agreements, tolling agreements, and other offtake agreements. Julietta also represents clients in energy regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Julietta was a corporate finance attorney at another large international law firm. She worked on borrower-side and lender-side small- to large-cap debt financings, with a focus on renewable project financing, cleantech, and biotech.
