Overview

Jacqueline Ju is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.

Before joining Sheppard Mullin, Jacqueline represented Fortune 500 companies in complex commercial litigation matters in the automotive and financial services industry at a major law firm. She also defended clients in product liability and mass tort disputes in the aviation sector. Notably, Jacqueline secured a favorable settlement for current and former female high school athletes in a Title IX case.

During law school, Jacqueline served as a law clerk at a divorce firm specializing in high net-worth cases, where she second-chaired depositions, assisted in drafting trial briefs, conducted document reviews, and researched tax treatment of spousal support in California.

Prior to law school, Jacqueline worked as a case manager at a personal injury firm, where she drafted demand letters and negotiated settlements with insurance companies under attorney supervision. Jacqueline also has experience in project management which includes general contractor, commercial interior architecture, and vendor contract negotiations.
