Jeff represents private and public companies in a variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation and other general corporate matters. He works with clients in a wide range of industries, including aerospace and defense, financial services, food and beverage, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and technology.
Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Jeff co-founded several successful ecommerce and wholesale companies.
