Labor & Employment Litigation Associates (3-5 Years' Experience)
Our San Francisco Labor & Employment team continues to grow! We are looking for two associates with a minimum of 3 years' experience in labor and employment, with a significant emphasis on litigation. Experience with wage and hour class and PAGA actions is a plus. Ideal candidates will have strong litigation skills, including writing and arguing motions, and complex fact investigation and analysis. If you have taken and defended depositions that is a plus and you can expect to get more of that experience working on this team. A strong academic background is a minimum requirement: candidates must have high grades from a nationally ranked law school and already be admitted in California.
