Jolene Wang is special counsel in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's New York office.

Areas of Practice

She is an accomplished trial lawyer with a practice focused on patent, trademark, and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and contract disputes in federal courts, as well as before the International Trade Commission (ITC) and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), across a wide range of industries and technologies, including consumer products and electronics, network security, wireless technology, software, fashion, and retail. Jolene advises clients on a broad range of intellectual property issues, including enforcement, licensing, and litigation strategies. Jolene’s experience spans all phases of IP litigation.

Jolene graduated from Yale University with a double major in mechanical engineering and political science. Jolene earned her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center where she served as managing editor of The Georgetown Law Journal and a judicial intern for the Honorable Edgardo Ramos of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
