Jocelyn J. Whiteley

Jocelyn Whiteley is special counsel in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Diego (Downtown) office. 

Areas of Practice

Jocelyn’s practice focuses on insurance coverage. She brings extensive experience advising clients on complex coverage issues and litigating cases aggressively when necessary. She has handled high-stakes coverage litigation in the United Kingdom, Washington, New York, California, Michigan, Kansas, and Texas, both on the federal and state level. 

Jocelyn’s previous work representing policyholders brings valuable insight to her insurer clients and enables them to more effectively minimize risk and make appropriate business decisions. She is well-versed in all types of insurance products, including property, commercial general liability, cyber, umbrella and excess, directors and officers, errors and omissions, and many others.
