Kevin represents clients in a variety of commercial and business litigation matters, including consumer class actions.
Kevin received a B.A. in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, where he was a member of the UC Law SF Honor Society and Thurston Society. While in law school, Kevin was a senior production editor for UC Law Journal and served as a Legal Research and Writing Teacher’s Assistant. Additionally, Kevin participated in the UC Law SF Individual Representation Clinic where he represented a client in California state court. Kevin also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Charles R. Breyer and the Honorable Edward M. Chen for the Northern District of California.
