Areas of Practice

Kevin is an experienced litigator who represents clients in a range of complex civil matters, with a particular focus on privacy, class action, and constitutional litigation. Kevin has defended numerous companies in Federal Wiretap and California Invasion of Privacy Act class actions, including claims under California Penal Code sections 631 and 638.51.

His experience extends to defending clients in mass arbitration proceedings, representing clients in fraud actions, and handling breach of contract disputes. Kevin has appeared and argued on behalf of clients in both state and federal courts.
