Katherine specializes in complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court, with an emphasis on healthcare litigation. She represents health plans and insurers in a variety of high-exposure disputes, including suits regarding the reasonable and customary value of medical services. Katherine has broad litigation experience, including filing and responding to complaints, conducting discovery, and motion practice.
Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Katherine was a judicial law clerk to a federal district court judge. She is licensed to practice in California.
