Areas of Practice

Kirstin focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance for clients in the healthcare industry. Kirstin is dedicated to understanding each client’s needs to assist them in navigating legal issues and achieving desired outcomes. Kirstin’s transactional practice is supported by her experience with federal and state law governing corporate practice of medicine, fraud and abuse, licensure, and payor reimbursement.

Before joining the firm, Kirstin began her legal career at another prominent healthcare firm in Atlanta. She attended Georgia State University School of Law, graduated summa cum laude, and was named to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Kirstin was the Managing Editor for the Georgia State University Law Review. Additionally, Kirstin received her Master of Science in Health Administration from Georgia State University Robinson College of Business. Prior to attending Georgia State University, Kirstin received her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from the University of Georgia College of Public Health.
