Lindsey Alhadef is an associate in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's Dallas office. 

Areas of Practice

Lindsey assists private credit funds and nonbank lenders with a variety of direct lending and specialty finance transactions. She also has experience representing banks, nonbanks, corporate borrowers and private equity sponsors in leveraged finance and fund finance transactions.

Lindsey structures and negotiates secured and unsecured asset-based and cash-flow financings in a wide range of industries, including consumer finance, technology, health care, dental and similarly franchised business models, and retail and consumer products.
