Overview
Luke Fishman is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's San Diego (Del Mar) office. He is a member of the Technology Transactions Team.
Areas of Practice
Luke helps clients in a variety of transactional matters, including corporate governance, venture capital financings, technology transactions and mergers & acquisitions.
During his time at law school, Luke developed a strong interest in transactional law. He actively participated in USD Law's transactional law team, helping to secure 'best draft' and 'negotiation' awards at both Wayne State’s and UCLA’s Transactional Law Competitions. Additionally, Luke was awarded the CALI Award for Excellence in the Corporations course, an award presented each semester to the top-performing student in the class.
