Overview
Mack Callicrate is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.
Areas of Practice
Mack’s practice focuses on employer litigation, representing clients in a wide range of civil lawsuits in both state and federal courts. He defends employers against claims of harassment, retaliation, discrimination, wrongful termination, as well as individual wage and hour disputes, PAGA representative actions, and class actions.
While at UC Law SF (formerly UC Hastings), Mack served as Senior Staff Editor of the Journal of Race and Economic Justice and as Vice President of the Black Law Students Association.
Mack competed as a member of the UC Law SF Trial Team, earning recognition as a Regional Champion and ranking among the top 5% of trial teams nationwide in 2025. At UC Law SF, Mack was also a Constitutional Law I & II Teaching Assistant for two years, a Student Attorney with the Individual Representation Clinic, and an active participant in OUTLaw, the student-led LGBTQIA+ pro bono organization.
Prior to his legal career, Mack worked as a legal assistant at one of the nation's leading appellate boutique firms.
