Law360 covered the firm's representation of Slate Property Group as administrative agent and co-lender in the origination of a $60,250,000 construction loan to Mings Garden Realty LLC for the development of a 221,000 square-foot, 13-story mixed-use building in Astoria, New York, located at 26-01 4th Street in Queens County. The project, once completed, is expected to contain 143 residential condominium units and approximately 49,000 square feet of commercial space.
