Meredith Lerner is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.
Areas of Practice
Meredith represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations and in front of regulatory bodies, including public utility commissions. She has experience litigating claims involving breach of contract, defamation, misappropriation of trade secrets, false advertising, and breach of fiduciary duties. On the regulatory side, Meredith advises cable operators and other broadband providers in disputes related to access to rights-of-way and pole attachments.
Meredith is committed to her pro bono practice, including representing the family of a victim of unfair police treatment and assisting a client seeking asylum in the United States.
