Mariah A. Witt is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Orange County office.
Areas of Practice
Mariah assists professional, corporate, and individual clients in a variety of litigation matters. Her practice focuses primarily on Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation. Her clients include individuals, trustees, beneficiaries, corporate entities, board members, and others. Mariah represents her clients in will and trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty cases, accounting disputes, financial elder abuse matters, removal actions, trust reformation and modification actions, and limited tax controversies. She also has business dispute and general litigation experience.
Mariah provides comprehensive litigation services for every stage of the litigation, including pre-lawsuit advisement and negotiation, discovery, law and motion, settlement, mediation and pre-trial preparation. She takes a passionate, yet professional approach to each case.
Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Mariah also served public entity and professional clients in all general litigation needs including professional liability, civil rights, and premises liability.
