Nathan has experience representing corporations and individuals in both state and federal courts around the country in the financial services, energy, construction, commercial real estate, medical, securities, e-business, insurance, automobile, and boxing promotion industries, in connection with matters involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation, trademark infringement, premises liability, product liability, hacking, and racial discrimination.
