  • Represented Arlington Capital Partners in connection with its sale of J&J Worldwide Services, a leading provider of facility management, operational support and integrated asset management services for the Department of Defense and other components of U.S. Federal Government, to CBRE Group Inc. (NYSE: CBRE)
  • Represented Avenu Insights & Analytics, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, in its acquisition of Justice Systems and Columbia Ultimate Business Systems, a providers of payment services to state and local governments.
  • Represented Arlington Capital Partners in its acquisition of Avenu Insights & Analytics, a provider of integrated administrative, revenue enhancement and payment software and solutions to state and local governments, from Mill Point Capital.
  • Represented Systems Planning and Analysis, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, in its acquisition of PRKK, a provider of consulting services to customers in defense, intelligence and critical civilian governmental agencies.
  • Represented Leia, Inc. in its acquisition of Dimenco, a Dutch 3D display hardware startup.
  • Represented Precision Medicine Group and its affiliates in connection the acquisition of Baseline Controls, an engineering services company serving life science companies.
  • Represented the senior executive team of Maxor (a national pharmacy services company) in connection with the acquisition of the company by Towerbrook Capital Partners.
