Neumo is a new leader in integrated software and payments solutions for local, state and federal governments. Neumo was formed through the combination of Avenu Insights & Analytics, Intellectual Technology Inc., and GovOS, to serve governments that transform communities. Sheppard Mullin represented Avenu Insights & Analytics in its merger with Intellectual Technology Inc. and in its newly completed acquisition of GovOS.
