Sheppard Mullin Represented Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Limited on Financing and Related Matters for Project Overnight, a $420 Million Solar/BESS Project in San Bernardino County
Sheppard Mullin represented Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Limited on a $420 million credit facility and related transactional matters. The financing will support the development and construction of Project Overnight, a hybrid project located in San Bernardino County, California that consists of a 150-megawatt photovoltaic solar energy generation project and a 150 MW / 600 MWh battery energy storage project. The credit facility includes a Construction to Term Loan, a Tax Equity Bridge Loan and multiple Letter of Credit capabilities to service the needs of the project from construction through initial operation.
