Sheppard Mullin Welcomes Back Former Ingram Micro Corporate Counsel
Mark K. Slater has rejoined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP as a partner in the Business Trial practice group, based in the firm's San Francisco office. Slater most recently served as senior vice president, North American Legal Services at Ingram Micro, Inc.
Slater's practice includes all facets of business litigation and trials, both jury and bench, including disputes concerning privately held companies, software development, finance disputes, and real property disputes. We continue to grow core practices like litigation, and Mark's industry knowledge, coupled with his in-house and law firm experience, is of great value to clients," said Guy Halgren, chairman of the firm.
Commented Slater, "Sheppard Mullin is a top-notch firm and I'm looking forward to returning to private practice in San Francisco. I have a long history with Sheppard Mullin, as both a partner and a client, and I look forward to again working with my good friends at the firm to continue to expand the litigation practice."
